I believe that the internet is the greatest invention ever and I am excited by its potential to make a difference in all aspects of life, creativity, culture and business.
My goal is to use my love of the internet to make fanbloodytastic ideas happen. And also help other people who are smarter, more creative, funnier and better looking than me to make stuff even better than that.
I am a hybrid strategist / creative / maker who spent the first part of my career writing stuff on the internet for a network of blogs I founded and operating a small web hosting business.
For the last seven years, I have been lucky to work at some of the Australia’s top advertising/digital agencies – R/GA, Whybin TBWA, Havas Worldwide and BCM. I have led the brand, social, digital and connections strategy for clients including Google Android, Coca-Cola, YouTube, Tourism New Zealand, Twitter, Red Bull, Beats Music, ANZ Bank, Telstra and Royal Flying Doctor Service. More recently I have added User Experince (UX) design to my skill set successfully completing major projects for the likes of UBank, Aussie Home Loans and BPAY.
In my spare time, I love having side projects where I put random things on the internet in the vain hope that other people might like them. Sometimes they do, most of the time they don’t. But that’s ok. I learn heaps and have fun doing them.
I am currently producing side projects and ventures as part of a collective called Industry 5000.
